The Leader in Me program is a whole-school transformation model that empowers students with the leadership and life skills they need to thrive in the 21st century. Based on Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, this initiative helps students discover their unique strengths, set personal goals, and take ownership of their learning. Through a focus on character development, collaboration, and academic achievement, Leader in Me creates a culture where every child is seen as a leader. We are so excited to kick of year 2!
