🌟 Welcome to the First Quarter at East Lake Elementary! 🌟

Dear East Lake Elementary Families,

Welcome to an exciting new school year! 🎉 We are thrilled to welcome back our returning families and extend a warm East Lake welcome to all of our new Eagle families joining us this year. Together, we are looking forward to a year filled with learning, leadership, growth, and success! ❤️🖤

We are incredibly proud to share that East Lake Elementary has earned an "A" school grade! ⭐ Even more exciting, our students achieved the highest academic growth among elementary schools in Osceola County. This achievement reflects the hard work of our students, the dedication of our staff, and the unwavering support of our families. Thank you for being part of this success story! 🎊

As we begin the first quarter, students will participate in FAST Progress Monitoring 1 (PM1) between August 17 and September 18. 📚 This assessment provides valuable information that helps our teachers begin with the end in mind by using data to guide instruction, identify strengths, and meet the individual needs of every learner. Our goal is to ensure each student receives the support and opportunities they need to thrive and grow throughout the year.

At East Lake Elementary, we are proud to be a Leader in Me School. 🌟 The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People serve as the foundation of our leadership culture and help students develop the skills they need to be successful both in and out of the classroom. Throughout this first quarter, students are learning classroom routines and procedures, setting personal and academic goals, and exploring the 7 Habits as they grow into confident leaders and responsible citizens. 🚀

We encourage you to stay connected and engaged throughout the year. 📱 Be sure to watch for our weekly updates through ParentSquare, where we will share important information, celebrations, upcoming events, and ways to support learning at home.

🙌 Parent Volunteers Welcome!

We love having our families involved in our school community!
